help holder
In the Webel utility libraries for Wolfram Language and Mathematica a help holder is a variable that holds information supporting the Webel low level Webel Doc` package (for ::usage documentation generation) and the Webel HelpF` and HelpO` registry packages, and adheres to the conventions for Webel '$opt$' (options) and '$arg$' (arguments) and related conventions. In the case of '$arg$' arguments, help holders are also used for the Webel Var` package variables Entity registry.
Use of help holders promotes DRY reuse and propagation of policies.
The conventions of help holders can be managed in low-level packages with manual coding (supported by automated cross-checking functions) and in higher-level packages with the help of object-oriented Webel packages.
