Even if you don't use the MagicGrid approach exactly as described (and even if you don't use the MagicDraw/Cameo tool for SysML) the MagicGrid® Book or Knowledge is well worth reading, you can learn a lot by reading it, and you can always adapt it for your own needs as required.
