Each "logo circle/ring" controls not only a disc circle (inside an "expanding circle wave"), it also controls a "circle sound"; this strong binding of the visual elements to a specific aural interpretation - which would otherwise be discouraged on IT design pattern grounds - is deliberate here, since the logo is conceived specifically to represent expanding and evolving sound waves. The visual brightness 0..1 is driving the audio channel !
Note the progressive "export" of parameters from inner blocks to the boundary, to afford master-slaving by clients of instances of this abstraction.
